Returning Goods Without Stating a Reason
How to proceed?
Even though we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with our products, there may come a time when you need to return goods within a 14-day period without stating a reason. In such cases, we will endeavor to resolve everything as quickly as possible so that you don't have to wait longer than necessary (typically, everything is resolved within a few days).
If you are returning goods within 14 days without stating a reason, we recommend thoroughly packaging the goods in a durable box, lined with bubble wrap or paper, to prevent damage during transit back to us.
We recommend insuring the shipment according to the value of the goods. Attach a written withdrawal from the contract to the shipment, the form of which can be found for download HERE. Also, include a receipt proving the purchase of the goods (invoice). Upon receipt of the shipment, we will endeavor to process your request for a refund as quickly as possible and return the money to your account, which you filled out in the form.

RECOMMENDATION:
Always insure the shipment. We inform customers that when sending as regular mail or ordinary parcel, the post is not responsible for the loss, damage, or shortage of the contents of the shipment. Therefore, it is in the customer's interest to send the claimed goods by a service that is insured for at least the value of the goods.
Goods customized according to the consumer's wishes cannot be returned without stating a reason within the 14-day period (e.g., personalized items with initials).
Complaints
Complaints regarding obvious defects, including damaged goods, should be reported within 24 hours of receipt by email. We recommend checking the contents of the shipment immediately upon receipt from the carrier to see if the goods show any visible defects/damage.
How to proceed?
We recommend carefully packaging the claimed goods in a sturdy box, lined with bubble wrap or paper, to prevent damage during transit back to us. We recommend insuring the shipment according to the value of the goods. Together with the goods, for faster handling of the complaint, we recommend enclosing a receipt proving the purchase of the goods (invoice) and a completed Complaint Submission Form. Please do not send goods cash on delivery. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will endeavor to process your complaint as quickly as possible and return the money to your account, which you filled out in the form.
